Approximately 10 yards* total of fabric in one color family, in the following amounts:
- ¾ yard assorted dark
- 1¼ yards assorted medium-dark
- 2½ yards assorted medium
- 2 yards assorted light-medium
- 2¼ yards assorted light fabrics
- 1½ yards assorted very light (almost white)
- 70'' x 80'' batting
- 4½ yards backing
- ⅝ yards binding
- Paper for foundation or freezer paper piecing
